"My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. Room was tidied up everyday with new towels and made bed. Was convenient to local eateries and other stores. Overall it was a great place to stay and couldn't really find anything we didn't like. We would stay again."

"While the building looks as though it has been maintained quite well, I noticed that several of the furniture pieces in our room have seen some extreme wear and tear. The lovely houndstooth wing back chair could definitely use some new upholstery, it was quite dirty. Now while I will admit that I am extremely picky, I don’t think the wear was acceptable for most anyone. The side tables at the doorway were also quite used. The parking accommodations were not to my liking and likely a deterrent...

"Given the very limited options in Key Biscayne, this is a decent choice for budget minded folks. I was nervous reading some of the reviews, but I found the property clean, outlets worked and the AC was excellent. It is definitely an older property that could use some updates, but the staff was friendly and responsive once we arrived. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but if you want an inexpensive stay with beach access, this works well!"
