"This was our third visit to the hotel. As previously, check in with quick and easy and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with extra pillows available, which was good for me. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and shower gel and shampoo. Overall a good experience for the price and we'll definitely be using it again the next time we come up."

"Chose this hotel as we are travelling as a family with my teen and their friend. Wanted a separate space for them without it being a second room booking. Stayed in the Dainton suite and it was just what we needed. Two bedrooms with their own shower and a shared bathroom. Cost was comparable to the price of a standard family room in other city hotels. "I had a great stay the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were most helpful and approachable making me feel more settled as I travelled alone. The breakfast was amazing and hot! The room was clean and there was complimentary things in the bathroom which you never get! The only snag was I could hear some sort of generator or air conditioning unit that didn’t go off/ quieter until midnight and I like it quiet when I sleep or I can’t sleep."
