Internally the hotel was quiet but the noise from the main road outside was too much with the window open, which we needed to do as it was far too warm in the room and the air conditioning did not work. Not able to review the spa facilities or the breakfast as didn’t use the spa or have the breakfast. "

"Nice older manor house renovated into a hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. You do need a car here as the transportation buses were on strike. The room that we had was small but clean and comfortable the washroom was upgraded. "

We didn’t get the girls name at the front desk, but she was soooo helpful in giving us directions, making recommendations in Venice, and even making a call for us. Without her help, we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the staff at another place we would be staying at. So if she sees this! THANK YOU!! "
