It was crowded and didn’t look hygienic. I am very sorry but this not what I expected from hotel in Switzerland. I choose that place based on photos which are very beautiful. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our family Christmas trip and this was the biggest disappointment even the staff was excellent. I think they have to be more clear what to expect from the hotel to get the right customers. It should be budget hotel because restrictions of the buildings design. I would also recommend renovation. We enjoyed the stay but we will choose different hotel in the future.
