"Comfortable and clean room - we had a treble room which is basically a suite with whirlpool bath & kitchenette. Plenty of space in the room. As with most hotels wardrobe & storage space is limited for longer stays. We were there for a week. The restaurant and bar staff were exceptional even when the bar area was crowded. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it.
