"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "

The first room we were given was so small that one could not walk around the end of the bed. The second room was larger. The breakfast was very poor. "This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

"La propreté au Chalet Della Guida est impeccable, tant le linge que la vaisselle et la salle de bain. Nous avons été bien reçu malgré un problème au niveau de la réservation (notre enfant n'avait pas été reporté dans la réservation, ni les petits déjeuners). Nous avons profité du billard présent dans la salle commune en soirée pour de bonnes parties en famille. Le seul point négatif, c'est la qualité du matelas qui s'avère très mou et sur ressors.
