One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, pretty easy/straight forward check in,, very spacious room, safe(quiet) area, and dog friendly. I would make a note that I needed to call them to let them know I would be checking in quite late (after reception hours) but they left a key for me in the lock box. "Hotel cancelled my booking with no warning! I learned about it by chance when I called the hotel about my check-in time. Then I was told that there is no room for me. I wasn't even offered an apology - the reception guy (who barely spoke any English) instead tried to blame me for "not reconfirming the arrival". Only thanks to the intervention of Hotels.com I had a place to stay that night. So, if you are considering booking that hotel, consider yourself warned."
