"Free parking and nice cafes nearby"

"Lovely Manager who helped us to check in slightly earlier than normal which was very much appreciated. The villa had every kitchen item we needed for self-cooking while staying. There is also a washing machine in the Villa and a place to hang laundry in the little private courtyard. Great location in Kingscote opposite the jetty."

"A fabulous place with wonderful staff."

"Nice stay "

"I would stay again. Beautiful and convenient location for exploring KI. Nice hosts and all the helpful amenities for a family in the Amani cabin."

"Staff very helpful. Laundry had all we needed."

"Great people. Wonderful experience with kangaroos and koalas. Excepitional beauty and senerity."

"Nice location, must recommend to others "

"The location is secluded and appears a little remote but is good as it is half way between Penneshaw and Kingscote. We saw more kangaroos on the driveway to the retreat than on the rest of KI. The host lives on the property and is friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. "

"Arrived after dark and checkin instructions were good. Woke to a stunning ocean view, had everything you could want, renovated kitchen had good appliances ."

"Wonderful place to stay. Quiet and great view of Vivonne Bay."

"New furniture in room was nice & bed was comfy , definitely need an extra blanket though . Kitchen wasn’t clean , light globes need replacing , floors needed cleaning & outside was very dirty . Fantastic staff & food at the pub . "

"Why a hidden gem! We stayed at 4 different properties during our recent visit on KI and this one was by far the BEST! The others just don’t rate at all! Fantastic place to stay great location ! "

"The smell was unique but the location was nice. Very dated property "
