"The property is nice and modern and well-styled. However, the key problem for us was the adjacent construction site, which we were not told about. We were woken early by machines and beeping each day and the balcony was covered in dust. Also the unit needed a good maintenance check, as when we arrived there were a number of advertised items missing and a broken dining table and chair. "

"Close to the centre of the city, walking distance to ANU. Apartment well set up, with good kitchen and bathroom. Secure parking and secure building, with good facilities, like a pool and gym (although too cold to swim in July!) "

"The unit is quite comfortable, well presented and well equipped. It is in a good location, easy walk distance to CBD. Surrounded by quality food and coffee places. However I would not recommend to a business traveller. There is no on site reception. So you have to travel 5 ks to a different suburb by taxi or uber to collect keys from a real estate agent office. Then return the keys in the same fashion the next day before 10.30 am. The real estate agency is pleasant and efficient; this doesn't...
