The unit is quite comfortable, well presented and well equipped. It is in a good location, easy walk distance to CBD. Surrounded by quality food and coffee places. However I would not recommend to a business traveller. There is no on site reception. So you have to travel 5 ks to a different suburb by taxi or uber to collect keys from a real estate agent office. Then return the keys in the same fashion the next day before 10.30 am. The real estate agency is pleasant and efficient; this doesn't make up for the fact you will likely lose time and money that you didn't expect. So there is a hidden extra expense of $40-50 and loss of time. This property would suit a holiday traveller that has a vehicle, a person or couple that are staying for more than a few days. No noise at all Very comfortable stay and enjoyed all the facilities. The only problem with this accommodation is accessing and exiting. The facility does not have a receptionist desk and one requires to pick the keys up which requires a 25 minute drive to a Real Estate Agency. When you exit the next day you are required to drive another 25 minutes to return to the Agent mentioned.
