"The room was very clean, and it was nice to be able to ask for towels etc to be changed should we want to. Quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, and very nice staff. Had a great stay!"

"Reception sky was very nice. It was really helpful as well and the location is perfect as well. It is only five minutes from the beach."

"Property lives up to the description. The setting is charming and it was cute to be woken up by the sound of chickens. Would happily stay again. I didn’t meet the hosts but they provided such thorough information via email that I found everything."

"Amazing tranquility at it’s best"

"good location, friendly atmosphere"

"First they don’t provide the house number to me it’s made me hard to check in in the reception I did ask will they provide a hairdryer they reply is Yes but no hairdryer was there and the dishwashing liquid was so tiny and bad to wash out the oil. I’ve book for 5 nights only 1 toilet roll was given"

"Lovely property. Very central. Large space. Would use again. Having to strip and bag all the linen when leaving by 10am was the only negative"

"We had a great time at this apartment, perfect location, easy check in, super clean and loads of helpful things like towels etc. can't recommend highly enough"

"This property didn't exist. I arrived at the postcode "Atlantic reach". No other details were given to me.. after asking several times. Please don't book this i was on a call to Expedia for 3 hours finding me another property which they covered. This property is a scam. Nowhere near Fistral beach..I was fortunate Expedia could find me a property actually at Atlantic reach. As it was bank holiday hardly anywhere to stay near Newquay. BEWARE of this account it is not real. I found out the hard way...

"Amazing and reasonable stay. Great host and good place to stay."

"Tiny parking space but clean with good breakfasy"
