"I feel lucky to stay there and make good friends in Hat yai to make my trip so wonderful.Hot water for a shower is very necessary to make relax. Although the price is low but serve is great."

"Second stay here , both times the beds are comfortable the staff are always helpful & friendly, I wish there were facilities for making tea coffee etc in the room , but there is hot water at reception so it’s not totally without the facility, walking distance to the central shopping mall & ocean shopping mal ( approx 15 minutes taxi will cost around 80baht if you can’t stick the heat "

"I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. The aircon wasn't working so I messaged on Facebook messenger and got a reply to turn it off and turn it back on, which I'd already done. I think it was the staff that messaging.
