Walls are thin so can hear/smell neighbours, cigarette smoke made sleep difficult and after complaining, same. Some rooms are without windows and it's terrible with the damp floor and foul air. Beds and pillows are old and flat, can feel the springs in your bones. When booked it mention shared toilet but actually the toilet is located at balcony - acceptable. Strategic location with reasonable price. Room equipped with aircond and medium size fridge. Like it very much. I booked and paid for triple room with balcony and window but upon given was given double room with extra bed and no window and bathroom outside. The room was not the same as shown in expedia. This is my worst experience travelling in hatyai. I had experienced booking this hotel and I very sure how the triple room looks like. This is my last time staying this hotel as the management lacks business ethics.
