I would give it a higher rating if only there is water heater/kettle in the room so that guests dont need to go to ground floor just to get hot water for coffee/ instant noodles. There is also no canteen so no breakfast for guests. It is not in the centre of Hat Yai but the city isn't that big to walk around. It is maybe a 25 minute walk to the train station. It is near Festival Mall and it's about 15 minutes walk. You can catch a tuk tuk for 20 Baht each to bring u from Festival Mall to the hotel will be better. Asian Night Market is just within 5 minutes walk from Festival Mall. From the hotel, you can also walk to Diana Mall which is about 7 minutes walk. Overall, the hotel room is okay for both of us . It is clean and the condition I rate it as 7/10\. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Leider waren die Fliesen sehr schmierig. Ansonsten war es sauber und das Bett komfortabel. Vom 7\. Stock hat man einen guten Blick auf die Stadt.
