"Great quiet location but within walking distance of bars restaurants and the beach The apartment was immaculately clean with plenty of space and all the amenities needed for self catering. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful would highly recommend as a base for a stay in Lanzarote"

"Requested a specific room and Giorgia was very accommodating. Nice apartment with all amenities you will need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The sea views are very nice for an evening on the terrace."

"Stayed here several times, lovely place. Staff very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be booking again "

"Fantastic view of the beach opposite. Nice quiet location. Friendly staff. Nearby shops and restaurants"

"Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . Pool nice , but a real bad drain smell near sun beds . Apartment was really tired and grubby , the whole place is in dire need of a refurbishment, paint peeling every where...

"Lovely spacious apartment, easy check in, cleanliness inside and out excellent, nice quiet area, 5 minute walk to the beach "

"J’y ai séjourné 3 nuits et l’expérience a été très mauvaise. Les toilettes avaient un problème d’eau jamais réparé malgré mes réclamations. Pas de climatisation avec 43 °C, beaucoup de moustiques, ménage quotidien annoncé mais inexistant. Le four était vieux et inutilisable, le frigo annoncé grand était en réalité petit. Le seul point positif : la femme de ménage, très gentille et serviable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. "

"Great location and very helpful staff. "
