"Lovely place happy "

"I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown to my room. Staff were polite and caring throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and surprisingly quiet given it was facing the street. There was a little noise from other guests banging around in the corridor, but just as you'd expect elsewhere. The bathroom was a little tired but was still servicable. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. Exiting in the morning was a bit of a faff, the door to the carpark at the bottom of the stairs...

"Lovely Sussex country setting. The bedrooms are all very cosy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom in our suite was very luxurious. Modern tv in the room with streamed channels available. Plenty of sockets for charging phones, etc. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and took very good care of us - thank you."

"Nice hotel and staff. Good food. Breakfast menu could do with being explained a little better and also having to pay for teas and coffees as these were not included in the breakfast was not good. We were in a “cosy double” which was fine but would have been even better if they removed the chair and added a chest of drawers or some shelves. "
