"We did not get a code for check in and the phone number shown on the booking wasn’t working. We had trouble contacting the owner and had to find a way to contact them via different website. We ended up booking a different hotel and wasted 3hours outside the building. "

No one to speak with until the end when we were charged for damages to a sofa bed that wasn’t even used. Would advise you check everything and report anything you find as soon as you check in."
