For some strange reason although I checked reviews before hand, I was not able to see all the reviews which would have prevented me from booking. 20 min before leaving the owner messaged to say his cleaner did not come and asked whether we still wanted to go. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. "Fabulous host/owner. Comfortable bed. What really stood out was the fact that there is a bar on teh ground floor, and on Saturday night, there was a large, raucous crowd and loud music... but in my room, I was not able to hear ANYTHING. Complete silence! Would highly recommend!"
