"Clean ,warm and tidy room, Fresh towels every day along with tea/coffee replenishment. Close to all amenities perfect for my trip"

"Lovely friendly staff, clean room, great balcony , close to town, coming again at Xmas and really looking forward to seeing the new decor 😁"

"Great location, excellent accommodation and in a beautiful building. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. We were 2 nights mid week and experienced no noise at all. Really not sure if it would have got noisy at the weekend - such a sturdy, well built hotel not paper thin walls and windows like others!"

"Perfect stay! Great for groups and location is perfect"

"Very relaxing and peaceful place"

"Excellent value for money"

"The apartment did the job for a busy conference. It's obviously meant more for party groups for the rest of the year, but it was clean and well located. Problems include - broken toilet seat, kitchen bin missing a lid, some mould or rot in the corner of one of the windowsills. "Lovely property, we were really pleased with the size of the accommodation. All the staff were lovely, really helpful and attended to anything we needed immediately. Natalie was especially friendly and helpful when we phoned the day before to check in and when we arrived she was a lovely and welcoming. Same goes for all the staff. Brilliant location - easy to walk to the dock and main areas. Highly recommend."

"Great place to stay for a great price. Easy to find and catch the bus to travel around the city. Spacious bed room, large shared bathrooms, large shared kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam"
