"great location in Shasta, clean rooms"

"My stay was great! My room was clean as well as the rest of facility with exception of the elevator floor. I am only giving a three star for the cleaniness of the elevator floor during my three night stay, the floors were filthy and never cleaned. Would i stay there again, yes as it is the nicest hotel in area."

"Cigarette or marijuana smoke from previous occupants was definitely present. We had to open the door to air it out. Luckily it was a bit better after I wish there was a better way to clean that smell."

"A decent hotel along the highway. Very convenient and affords easy access to the highway. The bed was comfortable which is just what you need when travelling."

"The room has everything we needed, minus a hairdryer. Checking in late was easy. The 2nd floor walkway was very creaky and felt unsafe. Since it’s a commuter hotel people were coming and going at all hours and it was very noisy."

"The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again."

"The bed was super comfy, the shower had great water pressure as well. The curtains give the room a nice ambience and pop of color while giving privacy. The microwave and fridge were super nice and convenient. I loved the options for food around the area that the hotel gives answering any questions. What a perfect way to end a trip to Mount Shasta.
