We had a great stay. We were warmly welcomed and our room with bathroom was a good size and really clean. The bed was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic and we were really well looked after. Location is great for the sea front, bars, shops and bus and train station. Highly recommended.

A family of four we stayed in room 1 there was more than enough room with a double bed, single bed and bunk bed. The room was light clean and there was a TV, DVD player, kettle in the room with tea coffee and even a bottle of water and 2 bottles of fruit shoot for the kids. There were also plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. We had our own bathroom across the hall and the owner Dawn could not have been nicer or more accommodating. What an amazing find. I have been going to Brixham since I was 6 years old (now 40) and had never stayed here, but so happy I did. Super friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. Keep it up guys! I would definitely recommend and stay again without hesitation.

This was a home from home. We could not have been made to feel more welcome. After a 3.5 day drive from Corfu to walk through the doors of a friendly Great British hostelry was simply the best experience. Spacious accommodation in the Flat, plenty of room to unwind with my two dogs who were a little wound up after the long drive. A good nights sleep and the ability to run off steam in the field opposite, we all left relaxed and chilled. Pub grub was fabulous too! As I couldn’t stay for breakfast...

This is a brilliant place to stay in Brixham. Charming owners and perfect location.

I booked a last minute one night stay. A very convenient location for staying just off the M5. The room was very nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The shower powerful and warm. Dinner in the pub was delicious and a good range of drinks offerings. Definitely recommend. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel which was very close to the pavilion we were visiting for the evening. We had a twin room overlooking the beachfront, lovely views. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Shower wasn't very powerful and im not use to climbing in the bath to shower. Bar was good priced and good atmosphere. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and very filling. Already booked to go back next month. Other hotels in the area are more expensive. I give this hotel a five star.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Comfortable bed. And I loved that there was a good amount of tea and coffee sachets in the bedroom ☺️

Fantastic location overlooking the hilltop sea views. Last minute overnight booking, with only the rear looking room available (would like to try the sea view rooms next time). Room was immaculately clean with a fan, iron (and board), hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle (also tea, coffee and milk, that you can have refilled if you need more). Ever so friendly, the owner showed me around, and then the room was mine, everything I needed was there . What a wonderful service, somewhere lovely to sleep at short notice. I had a great nights sleep,, so good that I overslept.

Obviously a conference centre/venue, but a good choice for business accommodation, with good parking and good value

For the price can't complain as you also get free parking. The room was clean and tidy with clear instructions as to how to access the room key. The restaurant is dog friendly also and food delicious. Just bear in mind it can be noisy in the room until the restaurant closes but not a massive issue.

The property manager was so kind and really accommodated our requests to remove all fragrances and fragranced linens to support our son’s asthma triggers. We had such a great time as the location was 1 minute from everything! The place was modern, comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the baby seagull who liked to greet us early in the morning on the roof velux windows first thing in the morning. Something to expect by the seaside. Cute little cabin in a quite pretty location. Basic, but worth the money if you want a value for money private accommodation. My only comments (not complaint as these things don’t bother me). It was cold when I got there, it would have been nice if the heating could have been put on before arrival. The floor is freezing - bring slippers. The shower had a bit of a mind of its own and was either cold or red hot! It was cleanish but not perfect. And the tea tasted awful (not sure if water...
