Lovely stay. Clean and comfortable with the most amazing friendly and accommodating staff.

My room was very quiet at night with no road noise. It was clean, but a bit old re. paintwork etc. The fridge had no control button and so the items froze a couple of times! Breakfast was good, with nice eggs, but it was a shame it finished at 9.00am on weekdays - sometimes people like to lie-in on their holiday! The customer service from Katrina and Swantelle was very good, but one of the other receptionists was a bit abrupt. It was lovely to chat with you Katrina! This hotel is in a very...

This should have a higher score than 4 It is a bit dated - but having said that everything is spotlessly clean and functional Our room was fantastic with a settee to relax Big shower area The bed was very very good... Comfortable and big The breakfast was a great choice and very fresh. It's between 6-12 dollars in an uber to town depending what time of day A big shout out to Precious and the lady who does the food - they could not do enough for us and were exceptionally attentive. Any problems...

Very helpful staff. Especially Stefanie who was so helpful and very kind.

Very modern hotel with kitchen, comfortable beds, very relaxing stay.

Lovely breakfast

Nice hotel, clean with good rooms. Not very close to the French Quarter, about 45-50' walking

We loved the pool and pool bar. We also visited the upstairs Lounge for live music. We used the bus from just outside to get into Charleston it’s $2 a ride The rooms were much better than we expected and there was loads of parking

We enjoyed our stay. It's close to a lot of the main attractions.

Great place for a stopover in Charleston. It’s a bit away from downtown but the price reflects that. Absolutely no complaints with it. If returning to Charleston, I’d seek to book there again.

Nice place 👌

The pillows were rough. They folded into a too soft mess.

We had pre-booked accommodation for 4 nights in Charleston, but arrived a day early so picked this hotel just for one night. It was actually a very pleasant hotel and very comfortable. It was a shame just to stay the one night

The Hotel is in a great position between King Street and Meeting Street ideal for walking to the Waterfront and shops. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Breakfast more than adequate. Lovely time there for both of us.
