"Typical static caravan, it’s dated but it’s not run down. It reminds me of holidaying with my grand parents. It’s on the main road so there are times where it’s noisy - but that can’t be helped and it’s seriously not often. Site owners are thoroughly lovely, vey kind, knowledgeable and friendly. More than happy to approach you and have a genuine chat, not just pass the time or fake charm. The rest of the guests reflect this too. Plenty of return guests and on a glorious weekend weather wise...

"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge. The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television. The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available. Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful. If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."

"The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. "Great location very easy, a quick walk to the beach, and has a nice cafe for breakfast, good food & reasonable price. Park has a supermarket the only downside was no internet or decent phone coverage and we were asked for £7 each to use the park bar it was not a great bar so declined, some nice bars other side of the park on the beach and village, also great pizza take away in village "
