"When we got in the caravan it was dirty no bins emptied no bedding we had to go buy sheets devets. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and had used sanitary pads in there. The toaster had to be cleaned before use. Smelt really bad due to nothing being cleaned. We came home on the a day early because we were so disappointed. "

If you want a peaceful cosy comfortable place with comfortable beds and a secure garden for your well behaved dog your in the right place. Lots of interesting decorative items and up cycled furniture. Very good access to the sea front and good dog walks. Friendly neighbours. Good host."

"Do not stay! Only property I've ever checked out of! Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. Upon arrival we saw the front of the property had overflowing bins and rubbish all over the front of the house. Going into the house, there was no flooring in the communal areas, only floorboards with gaps that had been painted white for some reason, therefore getting filthy from...

"Nice and spacious, however -; There’s a ‘hole’ at the top of the stairs under the carpet that we all nearly tripped down … including our 3 year old. The property is very roughly finished - there’s a tile in the kitchen that’s loose and proud - which we almost cut our feet on. Not enough cutlery/ crockery to cover the amount of guests that can stay there . "Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again"
