Despite having booked a double room, check in staff helpfully reallocated us a twin accessible room on the ground floor as I’m currently on crutches. "Shower head holder is broken and you need to hold it manually! Room is next to the road and is very noisy with traffic noise. Breakfast is good with fresh fruits. There is no air con and no fans to lend to customers when we asked."
