New towels given when needed etc. The front desk staff were very average when it came to customer servicenot rude but not that friendly either and also I was shocked to discover after check-in that this hotel doesn't offer luggage storage. "Had a great stay, the room was clean and the location easy access to the city centre. It had almost everything we needed (including towels for a small fee) except for hand soap in the bathroom. Makes total sense to use this as a hotel during the summer and we would return!"

"Property very safe with key fob access at every door & gate. Reception staff were helpful. I had one of the double rooms for 2 nights. I enjoyed my stay. 20 min walk to central Dublin and it's a nice easy flat walk. The surrounding area seemed safe and quiet. There were some unusual bumps at night! But I used earplugs, just seemed to be a lot of activity in the apartment block also, the bed was a bit lumpy but nothing I couldn't sleep on and through. The bathroom wasn't squeaky clean but these...

"We stayed for a few nights and found it was lovely and big campus. We weren't told where to have breakfast and we got lost trying to find it, then we didn't get told what we could eat in terms of our coupons and we didn't get to eat the following two days after paying for it. The room was standard but good enough for staying in for sleeping, the sink was leaking, the tap was cracked and we got soaked in the rain and the radiator didn't even turn on. "The hostel is located at the center of the city. Close to everything. Bus stop is just in front of the front-door, and there is a supermarket next to the hostel. The only disadvantage for me is the noise. The bathroom is in the room, so when people using the toilet or taking the shower, it’s quite loud. Overall, it’s good place and price for shot staying."

"I don't usually write reviews but I loved my stay at the Martello so much. Check in was easy and the staff was lovely. Parking was very easy and not far at all -- I was also able to find parking easily both nights I stayed there. The restaurant at Martello was incredible too -- I had the best short rib I've ever had and was so happy with everything from start to finish. 10/10 reccomend!!"
