Property absolutely fantastic value for the money, helpful staff.
Unfortunately the immediate surrounding area seems to be struggling in regards to homelessness etc
Very noisy every night ! People singing and dancing downstairs. Total can’t sleep well. And the room is so tiny and the bed sheet is dirty. But the location is quite good.
Brilliant hotel in the heart of Dublin, great location to walk to the temple bar area and easy transport routes all around the hotel.
The staff were so friendly as soon as we stepped through the door. Helping with early check in and guiding us on where is best to visit around the city.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dublin.
First rate staff - went out of their way to ensure an easy check-in/check-out. comfortable bedding. good amount of road noise, but tolerable if you adjust your evening/morning to it.
adjoining pub has great atmosphere and food.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Excellent staff at check-in, and they serve a great Irish Breakfast. It is a good location for attending a convention or walking to Grafton St or Trinity. The area around the hotel will improve that said it is convenient for local shops.
Really nice location, just off of the town. Room was a little small especially the shower but with it only being a mini trip size was not too much of an issue. Staff really nice and friendly, and gave very good recommendations for food.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The linen was clean as was the bathroom and tea/coffee were provided. On the downside, the carpets were very dusty (dust was visible all down the sides of the beds), the beds were very close together (unavoidable as it was a small room) and the room did not smell fresh.

Hotel was fine, staff were great. The area is not good. Unsafe I will not return
Good Central Location. Clean but poor decor. Leaking tap. No Iron. No Trouser Press. Noise from bar was no problem. NOISE AT 05.00 hrs every morning Catfights with Seagulls betting on the winners ! BREAKFAST not included €10 very average. I think that it was not good value for money but Dublin is expensive.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful

For $230 before tax, this lodge felt more like a cheap hostal. No elevator, room very small and beds not comfortable. In my bathroom, the toilet seat was noticeably lose, the shower handle came off as I turned on the water and the shower door wouldn’t close. The pub below was nice. Busy, noisy street.
Staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was very good.
Hotel was well located from Connolly Train and Bus Station.
Reception staff friendly and welcoming.
The room/bed really let this hotel down.
Very basic amenities in the room.
Mattress was so uncomfortable with springs easily felt throughout the mattress.
Had a terrible night sleep and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
The room was extremely, crazy small. The music was very very loud until midnight. The neighborhood is not particularly safe. I asked 3 times for thebsafevto be repaired in my room and it never was. The staff was overall pleasant to interact with.
