"The house is large and nicely decorated and reasonably well equipped especially for larger family groups. We struggled a little as a lot of larger dishes and we were only two. Also heavy hinting on vegetarian meals with only veggie cookbooks in kitchen ? Felt a bit pointed. We found it cold although upstairs timing for heating was dealt with quickly on us contacting the appointed person although no return contact from text. "What a wonderful woodland hideaway! Our cabin wasich more spacious than expected and had all the home comforts we could have wished for, whilst still retaining the feel of a secret woodland den! Thank you to Sean for the very warm welcome, we felt very much appreciated and will definitely return! "

"The property is conveniently situated just off the main road in Barnard castle, it is at the end of a dingy looking alleyway with a very tight driveway. Upon arrival, the decoration looked aesthetically pleasing but we soon realised that most aspects of the house were badly designed/ not practical.The house was not cleaned well before we arrived, we had to empty a bin in one of the bedrooms which was filled with stuff left by the previous occupier, we also tried to vacuum as the floors were...

"The room and the service was excellent. Fully stocked room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and everything we needed was provided. Sharon provided everything we needed during the stay, and made us felt very welcome. There are only two rooms within the tea rooms which made it feel very personal staying. The tea room is located in a lovely village that has 3 pubs and has some really nice walks. We have even booked to return next year."
