"Love this property! have been here 3 times and it is very consistent. Always very clean and tidy. apartments, pool and pool area spotlessly clean. Staff very polite, welcoming and helpful. "when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

"The pictures on the website are misleading of the property you might end up staying in. Our accommodation was more like a garden summerhouse. It was clean but very tired and not equipped at all. The three towels were all hand towels. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when trying to use the terrible WiFi. We didn’t have time to use it but the pool looked lovely. The cafe served a nice basic breakfast. Great location near the beach. "

You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "
