The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Clean room, clean kitchen. Some issues with heating and hot water, but the landlord was on it quickly, good place to stay for work."

"When we got in the caravan it was dirty no bins emptied no bedding we had to go buy sheets devets. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and had used sanitary pads in there. The toaster had to be cleaned before use. Smelt really bad due to nothing being cleaned. We came home on the a day early because we were so disappointed. "
