It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se; it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communication was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate. "The couple who manages the hotel was very friendly and accomodating. Our room was super clean and had been recently remodeled. Although the hotel is located next to a busy street, we could not hear the traffic with the windows closed. Having AC in the room on a 30°C day was an extra bonus. The AC unit seemed brandnew and was extremely quite. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet."

"Great location. Old building, but that is ok. Main issues was pricy compared with what you get: cleanliness was very bad. I did the check-in on Thursday and first time they went to the room to clean it was on Saturday. The bed sheet was like a net and transparent (poked thru). Everything but hygienic. Everybody was smoking inside.The breakfast was really poor. No English!"
