Wir wurden dann sehr nett von der alten Dame des Hauses begrüßt und erhielten alle notwendigen Infos samt Willkommensbrief. Danach gingen wir durch das Treppenhaus und dachten wir sind im falschen Film. Sämtliches Mobiliar von Urgenerationen stand hier mit verstaubter Uraltdeko überall herum. Hier muss dringend investiert werden, da die Substanz des Hauses nicht schlecht ist. Hier kann man was draus machen. Der Schlüssel deutete schon auf ein historisches Schloss samt Tür hin. Im Zimmer war die Hälfte des Mobiliars neuer, der Rest alt und wies starke Gebrauchsspuren auf. Schade! Selbst der alte Balkon wäre mit ein wenig Bepflanzung viel schöner gewesen. Das Bad war der Oberhammer. Es stank durch die Lüftung und die Versorgungsklappe war notdürftig mit einer Holzplatte versehen. Der Duschvorhang war schön davor positioniert worden, damit einem das Ausmaß der Tragödie nicht gleich bewusst wurde. Die Mischbatterie hat es auch noch nicht ins Kleinwalsertal geschafft. Die drei Sterne waren hier nicht zu finden. Mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie einer Schale voll von Obst oder einem Betthupferl oder mit ein bisschen Bodylotion hätte man hier einiges aufwerten können, um so wenigstens den guten Willen des Gastgebers zu sehen. Die Sauna wurde auch auf Nachfrage im Sommer nicht angeschaltet. Das Frühstück war ausgewogen, lecker und gesund. Großes Lob!! Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Mit bekommt einen Gästepass, mit dem kann man im ganzen Kleinwalsertal gratis Bus sowie Seilbahnfahren fahren. Einen Parkausweis erhält man ebenfalls, so entfallen die Parkgebüren. Störend fanden wir nur die zu weichen Matratzen, aber ansonsten war alles gut.
