"You expect more when you're paying £100 for 1 night for a room. Small bed (the room itself is tiny: 2.5m x 3m) Sheets not crisp at all. No toiletries and had to share a bathroom with all the other rooms (not great). No milk in the kitchen for coffee and tea (which I would have expected). Very basic accommodation for the price."

Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor.
