"All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Jose for sorting out our ski pass and Victor for kitting us out. Can hire full ski equipment on site, easy to manage and good price. Would recommend trying to get a pass to take the parador up to the hostel, as it's quite a trek from the bus station if you're dragging a suitcase. Room was perfect and excellent value. Clean, warm, , plenty of room for storage and hanging, powerful shower. Wide variety of food for breakfast to get you...

"Only 5 minutes walk to the cathedral. Plenty of food and drinks around. Very safe and secured entrance and exit. The lady in charge is very friendly yet professional. The room is on a smaller size but clean and has big window. The bathroom is very big and with big window for circulation "

"We were allowed to check in early. They gave us a map of the city and recommendations of things to do. Walls were a little thin and could hear guest through them (coughing and such). The head of shower leaked a bit but it had a hand held we could use which had great pressure and a great alternative. The restaurants that were close by were so good to stop for lunch and it was close for many things to walk to. We were staying in Granada to visit son who was in school there."

"Hotel needs a lot of work. Although i was less bothered because price wasn't the most expensive and i only come back to sleep, the hotel is very noisy and dirty and rooms are in a rough shape, the daily cleaning is not bad, but the base state of the hotel is very bad : - you can hear everything, other guests coming and going, people going up/down stairs, zero sonor isolation... - Dirty walls and cracked ceiling, - veery small and moldy shower. - very old furniture "

"The hotel is in a hill, very high, the view was really impressive and we made a lot of beautiful pictures. The hill is named "El barranco del Abogado" ("The Lawyer's Ravine"). We had to walk down the hill to go anywhere. Later on, returning by taxi, that is very cheap in Spain. Breakfast there is excellent and affordable. The hotel is near to "La Alhambra" and there is also near the stop of the Touristic Bus (Hop-on Hop-off). A good place to stay in."
