Pros-The hotel itself was clean, cost effective, and about half a block of the strip. They do have a mini mart in the hotel which is very convenient.It had an excellent view up on the roof of everything on the strip. Cons- They worked on trying to set up timeshares appointments when we arrived. The elevators were in need of work and repair. They have no room service and we often had to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc.

Very nice place to stay in, very convenient and comfortable. Super clean and staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The elevator was being serviced on so that was a little slow, however, everything else worked out perfectly and was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect non casino hotel right on the strip, and was easy to access plus there was actually a microwave/fridge/ glass cups with silverware and plates, (which I more than most hotels, and definitely more than casinos offer in Vegas in the standard rooms)

Rooms and staff and service is good, But the elevator in this place is slow and we walked the stairs almost every time vs the long wait for the elevator. The only other complaint was coffee in room but no flavored creamers. We enjoyed the access to the strip, no use to rent a car, we just used Uber and it all worked out great.
