“You won't believe it~”
We had paid for a higher standard room and they gave us a dingy room with a brick wall outside our window. We complained and received our king room that we paid for to begin with . The staff was so friendly and accomodating and we appreciated that. We had a shower, no bath with the most discusting smelling soap and shampoo and only one towel to use. :O ...... The elevator shook so hard we laughed and our light flickered like lightening in our hallway of our room. The restaurant in the casino was so bad we started eating only salads. The hotel was very far away from everything. We avoided our friends seeing our hotel room and decided to check out the next day and went to another hotel downtown instead. Then our good time started for just a few dollars more. I would not reccomend this place to anyone for a quality experience in Las Vegas.
“Awesome time”
Enjoyed all the options to eat at a reasonable price and good!! It's its owe paradise where you don't need to leave unless you want to!! First time here and really liked it! Loves how the pool and hot tub was still open in mid November!!
“Will definately return to Palace Station”
My husband and I were not sure what to expect since we have stayed in several different hotels in Las Vegas, such as the Wynn, Hilton and Casino Royale. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly. My husband forgot his razor. We called the operator and had one in 5 minutes. We later came back to our room and there was a message from management making sure we received the razor. I will definately book my room with Palace Station again!
“Nice Hotel for the value”
Stayed in the older courtyard rooms...could use updating and shower head needs replaced but overall nice motel with good food at a great value.
“Excellent value with good choice of restaurants”
Convenient location off the strip with shuttle service to the strip and affordable price if you are on a budget. Clean and excellent service.
“Nice quiet area”
Clean, quiet rooms, centrally located
“Very Basic”
If you're looking for a bed and a shower, it works. The food at the hotel is pretty good as well. But the rooms are badly in need of renovation and the sheets dont fit the beds, especially on the king beds.
“Beware the "Amenities" Fee”
You will not find out about this fee until after you book. Or until you check in. It covers a shuttle to the strip and internet service, to name a few things. Even if you aren't going to use those, you will get charged. But in case you DO want to use the internet, it is an additional charge per day! So any good deal you get in booking this hotel will quickly be negated in fees. If you aren't gambling, it's not a deal.
“Poor choice”
Noisy hotel not up to today's standards.
“Great hotel to stay in”
The gentleman who checked us in was so sweet. The rooms were great and had very comfy beds. The TV was huge! We really enjoyed the room BUT the hotel buffet was not very good. Would stay here again.
