"Nice hotel but the exterior let it down as it didn’t have much kerb appeal with flaking paintwork and a blocked of car park exit that was very untidy Food was expensive so we ate elsewhere on the second night The interior is a little dated but was clean My main bugbear is the state of the remote control in the room which was filthy! I had to clean it myself with sanitiser and a cotton bud ! Staff were very pleasant and accommodating and breakfast was good, but would have benefitted from hash...

"The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. But we had a warm welcome despite a very late checkin, the room was clean & well presented, everything worked and the beds were comfy. Tasty breakfast too. "Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. Breakfast was extremely busy as many people wanted to use their final hour back in the spa the following morning before...
