"This is a great hotel to stay in for a nice break in Bath. The location is perfect. When you leave the hotel door it’s a short walk in either direction to get you into the center of Bath. The staff are really polite and were helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Our room was superb. At the back of the hotel overlooking what I believe is part of the rugby ground. A huge room. Kept nice and clean. We had breakfast on 1 day and it was really nicely cooked. Next day we went to Sally Lunn’s for breakfast to tick things from the’to-do’ list which I highly recommend. A very enjoyable stay."

Our bathroom while very nice was showing its age with some of the caulking and the glass shower divider was loose so let some water spill out. "Lovely stay, only downside was our bed had broke but once I told reception they sorted us and moved us to another room all within 15mins so amazing service from the man in reception who I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. Breakfast was good"
