"We had a lovely stay at Shepherds Barn, we went for the Goodwood horse races and because of its location, the property was perfect for us. Everything was really clean and in great condition. The surroundings were beautiful. It was great to also have a little kitchen to make our own breakfast in the morning. "

"The Barn is in a quiet location with pretty gardens. The charming hosts provided thoughtful touches. Walkable to Emsworth Village and the Mill Pond with a variety of good restaurants and pubs available. Handy for Chichester, Portsmouth and the South Downs."

As for the Cottage, my stay was just so comfortable and the surroundings were so peaceful and tranquil. My highlight was spending time by the Lake, seeing those beautiful waterlillies. I highly recommend this gem of a place. Such a shame to leave but will definitely be back."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay. Cottage was modern yet charming, decorated very well throughout and with a well-equipped kitchen - the welcome carrot cake was a lovely touch! The main cottage was very warm and cosy to wake up to in the mornings, and the wood available for the sitting room burner at a reasonable charge was very much appreciated for those November evenings. "We had a fabulous week in this lovely cottage. Booking and check in went smoothly and queries answered quickly. Cottage location excellent (parking for 2 cars only on forecourt as narrow lane). Accommodation stylish and quirky. Some rooms a little on the small side but beautifully furnished and a lot of thought has gone into this home. We had 6 adults and 2 young children and everyone had a great stay."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the independence that Two Bare Feet gave me Staying in conventional hotels around the country can become a chore. Its location with its five minute walk into the city centre makes it ideal The facilities and cleanliness were second to none. Only thing to let it down is the lack of property parking but overnight parking is around £7.30 a night and is an inconvenience not ideal for everyone. That said I would recommend it and would certainly stay there again Many thanks again...
