"The luxurious cabin had everything we wanted for 6 adults and 3 infants. Bedrooms well appointed, although we hadn't realised the mezzanine bedroom was above the one with 2 singles. "The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. "

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"This property is not 'posh' but it is absolutely perfect for a large family or group gathering. There is masses of space for cooking, eating and socialising and sitting outdoors. "Second time at the Summer House. The best indicator i can give is i read 2 books. The location near to Lyndhurst and to Lymington is perfect for reducing travelling. Never realised how close we were to Beaulieu and Bournemouth. A day at Beaulieu wasn't long enough so a return is on the books. Travelling to Bournemouth and other seaside places is a waste of the tranquility of the stay. Walking the New Forest, on the doorstep is a dream. We will return in a heart. Alan"

"This property was spotless and well equipped. It is a bit ‘off the beaten track’, but in a lovely location and within walking distance of an excellent village shop. There is another property adjoining this one. The provision of a swimming pool enhanced this property greatly. Although we only met the host, Helen, twice she was most pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend this accommodation if one is looking for peace and solitude and yet it is only about 5 miles from Romsey."
