"A one night stay whilst visiting Bath and Bristol. A little bit dated in corridors and our room. Had a lovely evening meal in their restaurant and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful we would stay again."

"Karen and Graham were excellent hosts and the breakfast was a full English one and many other options in the morning. Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood."

"Short walk to a lovely beach. Kitchen air-con fan outside room 12 meant you couldn’t have the window open and sleep when kitchen was in use, otherwise we had a great time!"

"Lovely clean room close to airport, had quite an uncomfortable bed though so didn’t have much sleep before an early flight. The place was spotless and would stay again if mattress was updated "

"Generally, not a bad place. Could get a bit of modernisation. The room we stayed in was very small and we really struggled to move around, let alone get clothes out of the luggage. We liked breakfasts though, the breakfast area very nice and clean, and the place is dog friendly so overall if you’re planning to spend most of your time on the move, I suppose it doesn’t need to be a 5 star fancy hotel to enjoy your holiday. "

"I was visiting the O2 Academy Bournemouth and this place was just round the corner from the venue. Parking was easy and my room was very nice with a comfy bed. The next day when I checked out, I was ok to leave my car in the car park and wonder down to Boscombe Beach and have a look around. I would recommend this for a trip to the O2 or for a beach break as it is so close to the seaside. I will be coming back to this place again!"

"The manager was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. It made for a excellent stay near the hospital and was convenient to downtown shopping and food. The Brewery District is a couple minute walk and great for a bite and pint. "

"We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...
