"Was “upgraded” to a newly renovated room, which had no tub, poor lighting in the bar area. One very small sink in the bathroom only. No bar area sink. Difficult at times with more than one person occupying the room. The staff were amazing. The breakfasts were also amazing. A pool, sauna or hot tub would have been nice, otherwise a good stay."
"Suites are ok, spacious compared to a hotel. The fit out of the kitchen is fairly basic for a place that is marketed as ‘boutique’. Staff ok, probably a bit less than I would expect at this price point. In summary, if space is important and price is reasonable, worth it."
"As an older property, I was a little worried pulling up that the outside had been freshened up but the rooms wouldn’t be well-maintained. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a mix of the basics, with the coffee machine being the shining star for a large variety of selections. The quality of the room and bed were great and updated bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again."
"We had a great stay, the hotel was clean, nicely decorated. The staff was lovely. Theres a bag check option before and after check in/out. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very attentive. Its less than a 10 min walk from the ferry terminals and 10-15 into downtown depending on where you are trying to go."
