"Me and my wife stayed there three nights. Our experience with this hotel is very bad: 1. I made reservation for a suite ("One Double and One Twin Bed", as written in the reservation), but got a simple room with shower room (see the photos). When I complained, the man in charge told me that when publishing "suite" they mean "en-suite" shower and toilette. 2. The address, as appears in the reservation, is 850 Aerodrome. However, our room was in another address, 701 Munyenyiwa. They even didn't...
