"Most everything was pretty good. The staff were excellent, very helpful and understanding. They spoke Italian and English well. Our room was a Jr suit. It was quit large. It was odd though, we had a sofa seating area but no TV. The TV was on the wall in the bed area. It would have been nice to have a TV in the seating area for guests or when one was sleeping in bed and the other wanted to watch TV without disturbing the bed sleeper. The room looked updated with tile floors. The bathroom was nice...

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. First the staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was very spacious and modern. The AC works great! This is a great neighborhood of Rome. The area felt very safe and walkable to many sites. Many restaurant options everywhere. "

"Very nice hotel right on Campo De’ Fiori. Great air conditioning, comfortable beds , nice bathroom. There is even an elevator for reaching the top floor. As others have mentioned, it’s a little hard to notice for the first time because it’s wedged in between two restaurants."

"After I booked the room the front desk attendant was quick to contact me with further booking requirements which I appreciated. The service at the Inn was next level. The front desk attendant upgraded our room so we’d have more space for dog which was so thoughtful. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of wine on top of the free bottle of wine. Breakfast was delivered to our room with ease. Responsiveness was almost immediate. I forget the front desk attendant’s name who provided all these...

"This hotel was a bit difficult to find for our first trip to Italy. The door is none descript and located between two restaurants. That said, once we found it and made contact, the experience was great. The room is small, by American standards, but the window opened to the Piazza Navona, allowing the afternoon music to filter in while we watched and sipped coffee. Being located in the middle of town, only your imagination will limit your dining options or entertainment. We highly recommend...

"Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location is close to Metro and lots of restaurants and shoppings. Be very careful with pick pocketer in Metro. We were almost their victim. "

"We had a great experience with the stay. The room was just above a street across from shopping. The building is historical and has SO MUCH character. Or room was very cozy and the staff was amazing. Very helpful, courteous. Would for sure highly recommend and have already shared our visit and pictures with others on our travels! Attached is a picture of the ceiling in our room. It was so cool!"

"Very classic inter city hotel. Small under 10 rooms. Breakfast continental is brought to your door and they want you to take it in. Don’t expect it left in the hallway. Hint wear clothes to answer the door 20mins to Vatican 20 mins to Colosseum $$12 Euro train station . Use GPS to get around Fun trying to find the entrance to this hotel. On 2nd level "
