"The staff only works half days, which makes it difficult for them to be of much assistance to guests. Also, bad elevator, but at least there was an elevator! The front gate was hard to get into. Some of the facilities access buttons were broken and trying to figure everything out was sometimes difficult. But once we got it all figured out (when it was time to leave) it was good!"

"The staff were all wonderful and the location was perfect! We were only a few blocks from the colosseum and were surrounded by wonderful restaurants and bars. The beds were very clean and comfortable but you could hear everything in the rooms surrounding you, which is common for hotels like this. Even with that, we had a wonderful stay! "

This hotel is located on a floor in an old (to us) building that has been completely updated to modern but still very Italian standards. "Fantastic little hotel in a very central location. Cafes, restaurants and shops just steps away. The spa is lovely and included in your stay - just book when you arrive. We had a little room on the ground floor but it had everything you’d need for a few days. Reception staff can help with booking airport transfers if required and can recommend places to go and places to eat. I would definitely stay again. "

"The property has excellent access to the train station and to the airport but it is very remote. The apartment was very basic with no extras like a kettle, extra blankets or pillows. The bathroom was tiny and has a mould problem. Otherwise the checkin was straight forward and the host was helpful. "
