We were staying with our 7 year old, he was on a Japanese futon which I thought was slightly hard but he slept like a log so it’s obviously perfectly suitable for a child. "When we arrived in charming Montalcino we were impressed by the grace and beauty of the town. When our GPS told us to stop right in the most picturesque spot, we were thrilled. Our hotel room had a lovely balcony where we sat sipping wine, eating cheese and watching the sun go down. The view looked over the historic fort, the city walls, and off into the Tuscan countryside.
