Our stay here was incredible. The owners are very sweet and accommodating and there is no better view of Pienza than the rooftop terrace of this hotel which allows you to easily see the entire town. The reviews mentioning the parking, walk, and stairs are accurate. If you are disabled many accommodations in the heart of Pienza will be difficult due to traffic restrictions and the historic preservation of its buildings. There is a bit of a walk and stairs to climb, but it is well worth the priceless view! You wont want to skip by this gem of a stay. We were able to arrange transportation to the Chiusi train station with Carlos at the end of our stay. The property was clean and charming and is on a lovely winding street in old Pienza. Carlos nos recebeu pessoalmente, com muita atenção, explicou tudo sobre o quarto, deu opções de escolha de quartos. O local está em reforma, mas não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia. Reformas são sempre bem vindas, e demonstra o apego do proprietário ao negócio. Cama excelente, travesseiros e lençóis ótimos, proporcionando uma boa noite de sono. O local tem um terraço, no último andar do prédio. Vista espetacular, de tirar o fôlego. Enfim, uma hospedagem praticamente familiar, com um proprietário atencioso, dedicado ao seu negócio. Per il resto : una soffitta piccola e caldissima con il bagno posizionato da un’altra parte, la pulizia scarsa, il servizio colazione pessimo. Parlando con il titolare viene fuori che la Colpa è di Hotels.com che ha voluto affittare a tutti i costi la stanza e che il loro ricavato è bassissimo. Lovely hosts. Good breakfast.... with delicious homemade pastries, cakes. Be aware that it requires three flights of stairs to reach the guest house and walking from the closest point permitted only to drop off bags which was a couple blocks from the hotel entrance. Must find your own parking in a public parking lot that allows overnight parking. In our case it was probably a half mile away but a fairly flat picturesque walk overlooking the valley d'oro so it was a nice walk. Провели 2 дня. Главное достоинство - это крохотная, но идеальная Пьенца и окрестности долины Валь д Орча - всё в шаговой доступности. После шумной, тесной и душной Сиены - настоящий рай для неспешного отдыха.
