"Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. I highly recommend every single part of this property and the wonderful chiara who looked after us so well."

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent location within 100 metres of the beach with plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lovely garden setting where we enjoyed daily breakfast. "We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. "A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets."

"The hotel is central to everything in San Marino . Staff great , service great , rooms are good , comfy and very clean , ours had great views and balcony 👍 they are so helpful , even pick you up / return you to bus stop where Rmini bus drops you in SM , use the service it’s some hike up SM hills . Breakfast a pleasant surprise covered in room rate , and was lovely , coffee , fresh fruit , yoghurts , cream cheese and toppings , toasts , meats , cheeses , eggs , cereals so an absolute dejection to fill you and start your day . Enjoy folks , we did , and would / will return. "
