“Great visit because of wonderful staff...”

When I checked in I was upgraded to the tenth floor with slippers and a housecoat - yeah!! I also was able to have a late checkout and that allowed me to finish my presentation in a quiet environment. Unfortunately, I misplaced my car keys and knew that I had left them in my room. The bell captain kindly brought me to to the room and we both looked however were not able to find them. Housekeeping was checked and they weren't there. However the bell captain and a another staff member returned to the room, searched it more thoroughly and found that they had fallen under the chair and were well hidden. I appreciated the extra effort that they made and they were wonderful about going that extra mile. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful for dinner as well!

“Disappointing accomodations for the price”

At one time, this was a nice hotel. But the facility itself hasn't been cared for in many years. Peeling paint, dirty carpets, the hotel just feels old. The quality of breakfast in the Oasis Cafe is poor at best. As a regular business traveler, I'm used to tolerating a lot in terms of accommodations, but for the rate you are charged - I was staggered at the poor showing. I'd look elsewhere all things being equal.

“Very comfortable with great amenities!”

Hotel was clean, comfortable. Nice pool, shops. Friendly Staff. Convenient to the Airport, good shuttle service. Great Breakfast Buffet. Good Menu for restaurant and room Service. Taxi Service convenient and seem to be honest. (City Taxi). Great to have the same Taxi Driver for departure and return to and from our destination. If you want to go on an excursion, tour buses pick up from this hotel. Great Price for this Hotel and with the included breakfast! Wonderful! Pool and hot tub were very nice. Water slides are a plus. Nice little outdoor area with tables and chairs if you like to sit in the sun. Could do with some Chase Lounge chairs for suntanning outdoors ........... Would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends!

“Keep up the good work”

Overall, the hotel has acceptable standards. It would have been much better if the front desk asked us for room location preferences, e.g. close to elevator, view, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you.

“What a delight!”

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The customer service was beyond what I'd ever expect. We spent 2 days at the Doubletree by Hilton in Toronto. Each person at the front desk greeted us with a smile, and sometimes even an extra "special cookie" for my 2 little boys. I was so impressed by the assistance I received from a certain staff member, Carl, who went out of his way to help me plan and locate various things. I requested the email to contact the manager directly. Very pleased. I will definitely look to book again and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Area recommendations
There are plenty of nice restaurants located around the hotel as well, we enjoyed the special lunch buffet at the Cafe. Tim Horton's is right across the street!

“Great for an airport hotel”

Went to a trade convention at one of the neighbouring hotels. Was really happy to stay at the Hilton. Awesome bedding, clean rooms and great waterslides at the pool. The hot tub was nice and big too. Room was kept really warm, but it was freezing outside so it was okay. Nice big television in the room. Could have used a mini fridge- it was the first hotel I've been in that didn't offer one. I wish there were more restaurants around the area, but that's not the hotel's fault!

“Great access to T.O. Congress Centre”

This hotel managed to find the perfect spot for access from the Airport, being right across the road from the Congress Centre, and not being too close to the landing airplanes! Fair sized room and amenities and a good price. Perfect for convention-goers!
