“Good only if you get Expedia rate”

The hotel is safe, very bussy lobby, has good eating facilities with free hi fy . Expedia rate is appropriate for the facility.

“Very tight quarters”

I can promise you that this does not represent the usual high level of service we work hard to provide our guests with. I am pleased to let you know we have renovated all of our corridors and our guest rooms on the lower floors and continually upgrade our guest rooms and features. We have installed iPod docking stations and LCD flat screen TVs in the majority of our upgraded rooms and hope to finish the process soon. “Clean and friendly”

The service was excellent, and there were plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area. I will say that it was a tad pricey for food, and Expedia has listed that they have complementary breakfast, which is only half true... there is breakfast served, for a price. There is also no fridge, which limits your food options. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and ready to assist. Amenities (pool, hot tub, gym) were also quite nice to have in the hotel. The surrounding area was a tad shady if you're walking around at night, but other than that it was quite charming.

“"Up a Notch"”

I would not recommend your "double bed" basic rooms.The rooms were not what I expected for the price and need to be renovated. However, I would recommend upgrading to your higher priced rooms. Although our room was clean I would suggest that washing, dusting or vacuuming the air-conditioning/heating and bathroom vents should be part of the cleaning staff's DAILY routine.. The vents were very dusty and looked dirty. Breathing in this air cannot be good to anyone's health. I loved the location, your staff were very accommodating and courteous and your eating facitilities were fantastic. I would definitely go back...to an upgraded room.

Very disappointed from Alberta Canada

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel. My family wasted impressed at all !!”

Dirty rooms, host didn't even know if they had any cooperate rates. The rooms were dirt and I asked for extra blanket and a pillow in advance and I didn't receive it . Very disaointed stay Exspecialy being our first visit to Torono.

“Try another hotel”

The room assigned was not cleaned. Excuse: it appears on the system as 'cleaned'. Where before I could make local calls and have free internet in my room, now like the airlines, I have to pay for everything. Might as well sleep in a tent! It's not that it's cheap! On the contrary. One thing going for Delta Chelsea is its great location. However will try another hotel in the vicinity. Why pay more for the same?

“Delta Chelsea Well Worth It”

This is the fourth time I've stayed at the DC, each time through an Expedia special rate. This was the best room yet--queen size bed, super comfortable, with soft linens and comfy pillows, a real plus. The room was an 01, which is at end of hall but means you get great views in two directions, so worth it. The bathroom vanities are large, plenty of room for accessories, another critical element for me. Check-in and check-out were super-courteous and fast. There have been lines in the past, but none this time. My one disappointment was the TV is old, tube-style, but I wasn't in the room, awake, all that long, so wasn't that important. All in all, I think the DC is a great value, efficient, and a good location, just a few minutes from College Station subway stop.
